Managing new client intake processes, including collecting essential client information
Providing excellent customer service and verifying details about each new client's case
Clear and efficient communication with potential clients to ensure an understanding of their needs and fit for legal services
Building and maintaining positive interactions with clients
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively and empathetically interact with clients
Experience in Client Intake processes with a focus on accuracy and client service
Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members
Strong aptitude in Customer Service and addressing client concerns in a professional manner
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in office software and tools, and an ability to learn case management software quickly
Must be neat and tidy and keep an organized and clean work area
Preferred
Knowledge of insurance handling and processes is beneficial
Previous experience in the legal or injury claims field is a plus
