Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team and ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with MTA policies
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB) and ensure from the MTA side that ServiceNow consultants adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for with the MTA Teams
Strategic thinking and problem-solving, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and organizational skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
Eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties
Minimum of two years' experience as a project manager
Sound understanding of technical issues
Outstanding planning skills (experience in preparation of project plans a must)
Scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills
Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred

PMP certification
Experience in collaborating with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects
Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports
Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication of project progress, risks, and issues
Experience in ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Experience with Infrastructure Platforms (PC, Client/Server, Mainframe)
Ability to edit, process and implement work orders
Ability to write technical documents and end-user documentation
Administrative experience
Experience attending meetings
Experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with Client/Server Architectures
Experience in support of internal special projects (SME) teams
