Responsibilities
Prepare standard monthly journal entries, consistent with GAAP requirements
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Assist with month end close process
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and property management operations
Qualification
Required
In School for a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Knowledge of general accounting policies, procedures and software
Intermediate level knowledge of Excel
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently, be self-directed and self-motivated
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
