They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical oversight, assessment, and supervision within a small caseload model, offering flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCBA supervisee candidates
Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
Support implementation of behavior-supportive classroom and home environments
Monitor data, treatment fidelity, and client progress
Contribute to program development, research initiatives, and quality improvement efforts

Qualification

BCBA certificationLicensed in ConnecticutEarly childhood ABA experienceSchool-based ABA experienceTrauma-informed practiceResearch-driven practiceLeadership skillsCollaboration skillsCommunication skills

Required

Active BCBA certification (required)
Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut

Preferred

Experience in early childhood, school-based, or in-home ABA preferred
Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
Interest in compassionate, trauma-informed, and research-driven practice
