Responsibilities

Create engaging content with global reach
Support the development of creative communication campaigns aligned with business priorities and shared across internal and external channels
Concept, create, and produce digital content including short-form video, photography, graphics, and written content for internal and external channels
Adapt content tone and format to suit different audiences, platforms, and communication goals
Contribute ideas that elevate storytelling across internal communications, employer branding, and corporate channels
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
Execute internal communication strategies that engage employees across locations
Support internal and external communications initiatives, ensuring consistency with ASSA ABLOY’s brand and messaging
Develop and execute a strategic external content calendar aligned with organizational initiatives
Share and manage content across internal and external platforms (e.g., intranet, digital signage, email, social channels)
Analyze internal and external content performance using relevant KPIs
Create concise reports highlighting performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in communications, content creation, digital media, or a related role
A content creator mindset with hands-on experience producing video, visual, and written content
Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Preferred

Proficiency of social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Manufacturing industry experience
