Responsibilities
Turn concepts into working applications in collaboration with leadership
Write, debug, and optimize code using AI coding tools
Leverage generative AI platforms for coding support, problem-solving, and solution design
Partner with infrastructure teams to deploy applications into production environments
Experiment with emerging AI technologies and share learnings with the team
Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and bring forward new ideas
Document processes, solutions, and insights to support knowledge sharing
Gather and interpret requirements from leadership and stakeholders
Break down requirements into clear, actionable development tasks
Prioritize features and manage progress across assigned projects
Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with teams and tracking milestones
Represent project updates, decisions, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or up to 3 years of software development experience
Basic knowledge of coding principles (Python or JavaScript a plus)
Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (Replit, Loveable, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Experience or strong interest in using generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Ability to translate requirements into technical deliverables with a product owner mindset
Curiosity about AI and eagerness to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability
