Associate, IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, ensuring all project activities are aligned with project goals and timelines
Track project milestones, manage risk and issue logs, and ensure timely completion of key activities
Assist in resource forecasting and allocation to ensure project needs are met
Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
Work closely with senior project managers to gain insights and mentorship, developing your project management skills and knowledge
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Up to 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related field
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and project management principles
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Relevant certifications such as CAPM, ITIL, or similar are a plus
