Associate Content Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for CGI vendors
Gather and organize CGI production inputs including CAD/STP files, logos, finishes, textures, colors, and mood boards
Review CGI renders for product accuracy, visual quality, and alignment with Pfister brand standards
Coordinate CGI asset delivery and file transfers via Hightail and Workfront for internal stakeholders
Manage digital and print content workflows in Workfront, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Support designers in a self-managed project ownership model while ensuring alignment with priorities
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms
Create, review, test, and approve digital content including A+ content, product copy, email assets, and digital imagery
Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to inform content direction and ensure relevance
Manage product review content workflows and approvals
Curate and distribute social content across platforms to support brand awareness, product launches, and campaigns
Execute social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing initiatives and brand strategies
Monitor competitor social activity and industry trends to inform strategy and optimization
Identify, manage, and coordinate influencer partnerships including contracts, sampling, and deliverables tracking
Track digital content and social performance metrics to inform future content strategies
Provide insights and recommendations to brand, marketing, and creative teams
Contribute to broader marketing strategy initiatives and provide recommendations to improve content processes, workflows, and brand impact

Required

BA or BS College graduate – preferably with emphasis in Radio TV Film, Journalism, Communications, and/or marketing
2-4 years of relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of content management
Proficient writer/ editor
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of brand communication, and digital marketing
Knowledge of web media and technology
Knowledge and participation in social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X etc.)
Experience with Social Media automation/analysis tools (Ex: Hootsuite, Insights, Spredfast)
