Responsibilities

Travel to client sites in Southern California
Install and mount networking equipment (WAPs, switches, workstations, printers)
Perform basic cabling, terminations, and cleanup
Troubleshoot common IT issues (connectivity, hardware swaps, basic Windows/macOS issues)
Respond to support tickets and on-site requests
Be a calm, professional presence for clients
Document work performed (photos, notes, basic ticket updates)

Qualification

Networking equipment installationTroubleshooting IT issuesCabling experienceWindows/macOS familiarityProfessional demeanor

Required

Lives in or near South Orange County
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
Comfortable working independently at client sites
Hands-on experience with computers, networking gear, and tools
Able to follow procedures and ask questions when unsure
Professional, respectful, and calm with end users

Preferred

Experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi equipment
Basic low-voltage or cabling experience
Previous MSP, IT support, or field service background
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, printers, and basic networking
