Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, HR, Accounts Payable, Procurement and Contracts, in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing reconciliations and modeling
Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives
Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities
Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions
Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance
Drive implementation of new processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in financial reconciliation, analysis, and modeling
Ability to develop processes and assist with AI and automation
Experience in developing business objectives, practices, and processes
Ability to communicate and train the organization on business practices and processes
Experience serving as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, HR, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Contracts
Ability to collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data
Experience measuring key performance indicators
Ability to provide updates to management regarding budget to actual
Ability to inform management of deviations and opportunities
Experience providing management with economic impact and compliance issues
Ability to communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization
Experience monitoring process and approvals for compliance
Ability to drive implementation of new processes and procedures

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
