Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Python, Spark, AWS, and SQL
Build and manage data pipelines in an AWS environment, including Redshift
Ingest and transform transactional, customer, marketing, and user interaction data
Support both batch and real-time data processing and streaming use cases
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across data pipelines
Improve data instrumentation and event tracking in partnership with engineering teams
Support product and business analytics through well-structured, analytics-ready datasets
Own and maintain Mixpanel data workflows, including validation and dashboard support
Partner with stakeholders to translate data needs into scalable engineering solutions
Balance ad hoc requests with long-term data reliability and maintainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience with Spark and ETL pipeline development
Experience working in AWS-based data environments, including Redshift
Experience supporting both batch and real-time or streaming data pipelines
Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready data solutions
