This role involves operating and cycling machines, performing precision setups, and maintaining quality standards in a clean, aerospace-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Operate and cycle machines, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality
Perform internal and external precision setups
Work from engineering drawings, setup charts, and process sequence sheets
Select and install proper tooling, including dressing/truing grinding wheels
Perform quality inspections and use gaging tools to verify components
Maintain and complete accurate process documentation
Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace manufacturing standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong mechanical aptitude and above-average shop math skills
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail, especially in precision or aerospace environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
