Responsibilities
Lead engineering teams building services and tools that enable our content partners to deliver their content to Prime Video in a friction-free manner
Design team structures and strategies to meet long-term business goals in areas where problems and strategies are not yet defined
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives with measurable impact on content operations and partner experience
Continue to build and scale engineering teams through effective hiring, onboarding, and talent development in the Prime Video ecosystem
Work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides while establishing metrics, processes, and best practices that enable team productivity and quality for the Prime Video Partner Experience
Qualification
Required
10+ years of engineering experience
5+ years of engineering team management experience
10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
Preferred
Experience partnering with product and program management teams
Experience designing and developing large scale, high-traffic applications
