Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet carriers and visitors upon arrival, directing them as needed
Order & Document Flow: Handle the printing of daily orders and ensure all paperwork is meticulously organized, scanned, and filed
Responsive Communication: Manage incoming emails and internal messages, ensuring all team members and clients receive timely and professional responses
Process Adaptation: Stay flexible and adapt quickly as office procedures evolve
Team Support: Take the initiative to assist with various tasks and projects to keep the office running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in-person at our office location
Willingness to be coached and learn new software or systems
A professional and welcoming demeanor
A Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for instructions when you see something that needs to be done
Organization Skills: You have a natural ability to keep physical and digital spaces orderly
Composure: You are known for being calm and collected, even when managing multiple tasks
Tech Comfort: You are comfortable with Microsoft Outlook (a major plus) and feel confident undergoing initial training via remote platforms
