Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy
Champion the company’s mission, values, and culture throughout all HR initiatives
Oversee all core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance
Lead HR initiatives that support scalability, operational excellence, and employee engagement across manufacturing and corporate teams
Manage employee lifecycle processes with a focus on continuous improvement and best-in-class service
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in both hourly and salaried roles
Build effective onboarding and employee development programs to support growth and reduce turnover
Foster a culture of feedback, coaching, and high performance
Ensure HR practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and documentation as needed
Partner with Safety and Operations to support health, safety, and wellness programs
Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to guide decision-making and measure effectiveness of programs
Prepare and present regular reports on HR outcomes, including turnover, hiring trends, and engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the personal care, cosmetics, or CPG industry
Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
Deep knowledge of employment laws and best practices in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP)
Experience managing HR in a high-growth or private-label manufacturing environment
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
