The role involves creating high-impact learning materials for the client's sales teams and senior leaders, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams to develop engaging content and managing asset production to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams, to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials
Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.)
Develop content for in person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.)
Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback
Manage asset production to produce deliverables and complete tasks on or ahead of schedule
Qualification
Required
4 years' experience synthesizing content in simplified performance support content (knowledge articles, job aids, etc)
4 years' experience building assets for live, in person or virtual learning moments using
4 years' experience building e-learning assets in Articulate Rise and Storyline
Portfolio or work samples with recent work showcasing the above points
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position
Preferred
Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with multimedia design
Experience working on a multi-cultural team
Experience structuring lessons or courses to produce a behavioral outcome
