Responsibilities
Assign work, supervise staff and verify and document the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system
Direct outside contractors, communicates with city officials and inspects quality of work by staff
Respond and coordinate responses to guest calls and emergency situations
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience as an Engineering supervisor
Ability to work required shifts
Full availability AM/PM (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)
