Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts
Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually transact material
Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies
Communicating with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems
Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually
Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers
Meet safety, productivity and quality standards by following best practices
Resolve individual work blockers and knowing when to escalate if you are unable to resolve yourself
Learn new processes
Operate equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts
Contribute to the improvement of SOPs including safety procedures

Required

U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of with Excel experience
Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs
Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
Frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Preferred

Experience in data analysis and problem solving
