Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support to newly onboarded internal users
Deliver on-site, desk-side IT support across multiple NYC locations
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
Perform basic network support including cabling, routers, and switches
Support infrastructure areas such as IDF/MDF rooms and rack & stack tasks
Collaborate with walk-in support desks and on-site IT teams
Escalate issues and document resolutions as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to travel between office locations
