Responsibilities
Responsible for our Stores point of sale (POS) data and reconciling to bank funding. Also, match/reconcile in T-Recs for USCA Architectural Stores
Resolve Stores associates inquiries related to Architectural Stores Cash procedures and issues
Responsible for the miscellaneous check deposit and joint check processes
Share responsibility for the bank sweep process
Analyze data from a T-Recs database to record disbursements and adjustments weekly for USCA Architectural Stores
Monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries related to the USCA Architectural Stores Cash function
Develop and post journals to ensure SAP is properly stating bank balances and transactions for Stores from T-Recs data
Investigate and journal non-sufficient funding activity
Account analysis of key and high-risk general ledger accounts. Follow up on open items
Credit card chargebacks for USCA Architectural Stores
Special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required with at least 1 year of experience preferred
Knowledge of accounting is required
MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's, SUMIFS, and quickly summarizing large amounts of data
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
Preferred
Banking experience is a plus
Experience working with SAP or other databases is a plus
