Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, scheduling, and organizing project tasks, timelines, and milestones
Maintain project documentation, including plans, calendars, status reports, risk logs, change requests, and action items
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Prepare regular project status updates and reports for project managers and leadership
Support budget, expense, and resource tracking; monitor spend against planned budgets and assist with procurement activities (e.g., invoices, vendor contracts)
Identify, track, and help mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; assist with quality checks on deliverables
Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, track action items, and follow up with owners
Support the adoption of AI and automation tools by identifying repetitive workflows, assisting teams with usage, and partnering with project managers to assess new AI capabilities that improve delivery efficiency

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, IT, or project support role

Consideration is given to relevant practical experience and related certification
