Senior Services Technician (General Relief SST, PCN 021533)

Responsibilities
Receive applications for financial assistance for assisted living placements through the General Relief Assisted Living Home Care Program
Coordinate with supervisors and other state entities to make accurate, timely eligibility determinations and benefit authorizations
Process the monthly General Relief/Temporary Assisted Living authorizations and coordinate with providers to ensure all program requirements are met, and invoices are submitted accurately and in full
Qualification
Required
High school graduation or equivalent
Three years of clerical experience with one year of experience in public health, health care services, senior services, medical assistance programs, health education, nursing, medical social work, health services administration, or a closely related field
College education from an accredited college with a course emphasis in social services or a related field may substitute for the required experience
Three (3) professional references, whom we may contact by phone, are required. One (1) of these references must be your current or most recent supervisor, if not already provided in the application
