Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive quality assurance testing across diverse, cross-functional projects of varying scope and complexity
Develop, execute, and manage sophisticated test plans, test cases, and testing strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned workstreams, providing technical guidance to operations and testing teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences through rigorous testing protocols
Execute both manual and automated testing procedures for business services applications
Document test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
Participate in project planning and provide testing effort estimations
Mentor junior team members and contribute to testing best practices
Qualification
Required
11-15 years of professional QA testing experience, with proven track record in senior-level positions
Expertise in test development, execution, and project management
Proficiency in both manual and automated testing approaches
Strong skills in creating detailed test documentation and defect reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Must be able to work on-site
Preferred
Experience with business services applications and customer-facing systems preferred
