Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, criteria, and plans that stand out in competitive markets
Hunt diverse candidates, screen with precision, and evaluate using equitable, structured approaches
Coordinate killer interviews, influence key decisions, and ensure every candidate feels the MrBeast magic
Maintain spotless ATS records, deliver timely updates, and sync with HR on strategic priorities

Qualification
Required
4–6 years in professional recruiting, acing multiple reqs with unflappable cool
Expert assessment skills and a advisory flair for guiding leaders
Strong foundation in employment laws and inclusive practices
Preferred
Tech/non-tech recruiting chops, structured interviewing, DEI sourcing, or branding savvy
