Responsibilities
Utilize advanced equipment and techniques to effectively clear clogs and obstructions in residential drain lines
Conduct thorough inspections of sewer lines using state-of-the-art cameras to identify and diagnose problems
Employ specialized tools and methods to remove tree roots that are intruding into sewer lines
Utilize high-pressure water jetting to clean and unclog sewer lines and pipes
Repair damaged or corroded pipes using various techniques, including epoxy lining and pipe replacement
Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently to address urgent drain issues
Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 or older
A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug test
Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
Good communication and listening skills
Preferred
Previous Plumbing experience is a plus
Service Titan knowledge is a plus
