Ensuring compliance requires creating, modifying, and implementing policies and procedures, implementation of staff training, management of confidential and public records, monitoring trends in legislation and current litigation, auditing work, and functioning as a liaison with County Counsel on legal issues involving the Sheriff’s Office

Required

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in a program related field
Two years performing supervisory, administrative, analytical or fiscal work in a program related field
One year of experience equivalent to Program Manager I
A valid California driver's license will be required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment
