InternHayward Holdings, Inc. is seeking an ERP Dashboard and Data Analyst Intern to understand the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for supply chain and operations personnel. The role involves creating custom dashboards using D365 and PowerBI to enhance data visualization and decision-making.

Responsibilities
Review available D365 material to understand what/how custom dashboards are built
‘Interview’ relevant personnel and determine the needs/demands of each user
Review large sets of data and provide insightful analysis
Build standardized dashboards and reports that are tailored to specific positions or departments
Each dashboard should have the ability to visualize data to streamline decision making
Train and support end users on dashboard functionality
Provide analytical support for ongoing and emerging projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate school in Supply Chain Management or a related field
Strong academic standing
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Understanding of ERP/MRP systems
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field at a four-year accredited college or university
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand and walk
The employee will frequently be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
