Responsibilities
Creates databases to track business performance
Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data)
Collects and analyzes data to create summary statistics of performance
Creates and publishes periodic reports as well as any necessary ad hoc reports
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; or any combination of education and experience which provides an equivalent background
Preferred
Data analysis and reporting experience preferred
Operational metrics and KPI tracking experience preferred
Project management skills and experience preferred
PowerBI experience preferred
Tableau experience preferred
BS/BA degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience strongly preferred
Analytical and problem-solving skills strongly preferred
Proficient in statistical use of Microsoft Excel and Access or other general reporting tools strongly preferred
