Senior Program Manager, PaCE

Responsibilities

Develops and manages the scheduling of programs and special events
Develops and manages the production of program materials ensuring quality and timelines are maintained
Works with teaching faculty to ensure curriculum is revised and updated as needed. Ensure changes are made to the student materials and online courses
Works with supervisor on new program initiatives, to ensure professional and efficient operation of programs are being met
Coordinates program agreements between the department/College and teaching faculty, corporate clients, faculty, and current and past students
Assists department/college leadership team when submitting proposals to corporate clients for executive program development and corporate program events
Develops and manages program budgets, ensuring program accounts remain within budget. Performs purchasing, invoicing, and account reconciliations
Manages staff for program operations and logistics
Conducts information sessions for our programs on a semester basis, follows up with potential students, and tracks conversion rates
Acts as a representative of the department during all programs, membership associations, and conferences
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Six (6) years of experience in program management
At the department's discretion, education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis
This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure

Preferred

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas platform, to manage programs effectively
