Responsibilities
Develop high-quality insurance questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as underwriting analysis, claims adjudication, policy interpretation, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, actuarial principles, and more
Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to insurance industry standards and best practices
Collaborate with a team of insurance and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Proven experience in insurance operations, underwriting, claims management, or risk assessment with a robust understanding of various insurance products and industry practices
Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Preferred
Multiple years of insurance industry experience, ideally across diverse lines of business (property & casualty, life & health, commercial, etc.)
Prior involvement in insurance publications, regulatory work, or insurtech initiatives
Professional designations (CPCU, CLU, ChFC, ARM, AINS, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with AI or technology-driven insurance applications is a plus
