Program Manager III
Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager III for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will manage program plans that drive high-quality, mechanically integrated products to market.

Responsibilities
Support early product definition by driving closure on architecture decisions and technical open items
Establish and manage program schedules, feature baselines, critical paths, and technology risk areas through final product delivery
Identify technical risks and partner with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies
Drive technical issue resolution by bringing the right engineering and operations stakeholders together for timely decision-making
Lead cross-functional communication, providing clear status updates from individual-contributor level through executive leadership
Plan and execute prototype builds, including factory coordination, drawing releases, tooling kickoff, and vendor alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (BSME required); MS or MBA preferred
2–5+ years of technical program management or mechanical engineering experience supporting rapid hardware development
Strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering fundamentals with familiarity in manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, die casting, and stamping
Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional teams, manage complex schedules, communicate effectively at all levels, and drive technical issues to closure
