Responsibilities
Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process
Validate part lists to ensure accuracy and current pricing, including documentation that supports requested changes
Identify and investigate outliers, escalating issues to resolution as needed
Manage Material Place Holders (forecast tool) for specified councils
Conduct monthly reviews with Supply Base Managers to ensure robust material forecasts
Assist with month-end activities and forecasting updates in the Cost Management System (CMS)
Publish reports, understand report content, and answer related questions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Excel, specifically functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Ability to work effectively within a team
A degree is required (Technical Degree, Associate's Degree, or 4-Year Degree – all accepted)
