Responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards
Resolving issues and answering questions from customers and internal stakeholders related to the financial and payroll areas of our software
Understanding the customer's needs, goals, and strategies and translating those needs into initiatives and solutions
Exhibiting analytical, critical thinking skills to achieve and demonstrate a return on investment
Creating documentation for our knowledge base

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience
Highly organized persons who work well under the pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
