Responsibilities
Provide access control services via a central access control point with video monitoring of all entrances and egresses
Provide exceptional customer service support
Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, and the public
Must be able to maintain electronic database using Microsoft Office platform and/or any legacy systems
Responsible for safeguarding all USG equipment, information, and property provided
Participate in emergency evacuation drills as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One (1) year experience working with access control, facility security, and security administration on USG installations or facilities
Two (2) years of experience with a DOD and/or government federal agencies and familiarity with adjudication process for security clearances
One (1) year of experience providing customer service and records/database management in a DoD environment
Must have a working knowledge of DoD Enterprise Architecture framework (i.e., SIPR, NIPR)
Ability to use a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook
