Qualification
Required
6+ years in publicly assisted housing or similar programs
5+ years of leadership experience with 2 years managing affordable housing programs
Strong knowledge of HUD, HQS & Fair Housing
Experience leading teams, budgets, and cross-department initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience
