Responsibilities

Process account servicing requests in accordance with established SLAs
Respond to emails and escalated account issues within assigned timeframes
Track daily productivity and provide updates related to KPIs
Partner with the Quality Assurance team to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met
Generate letters, send and retain documents, and ensure accuracy per company policy and regulatory guidelines
Contact customers or authorized relatives to help resolve or settle outstanding accounts
