Responsibilities
Design and develop Pega PRPC applications using Pega best practices
Build and maintain case management workflows, UI components, and business rules
Develop data pages, activities, decision tables, and flow actions
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Ensure compliance with security and Treasury standards
Qualification
Required
Active Treasury Clearance (Required)
6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Pega development
Strong experience with Pega PRPC 7.x / 8.x
Experience with Case Management and UI development
Knowledge of Pega Guardrails and Best Practices
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based)
Pega CSA or CSSA certification
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience working on government or federal projects
Exposure to performance tuning and production support
Agile/Scrum experience
