Responsibilities
Build, assemble, and maintain test racks and test setups for RF, digital, electrical, and antenna testing
Execute tests on RF components, antennas, and electrical systems, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues during testing
Maintain accurate documentation of test setups, procedures, and results, and generate detailed performance reports
Ensure the lab remains organized, safe, and compliant with established safety regulations
Diagnose and resolve issues related to test setups, hardware, and software to support uninterrupted testing operations
Use hand tools and test equipment—including oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers—to support daily testing tasks
Qualification
Required
Technical degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an R&D lab performing assembly and electrical testing
Proficiency using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and other test equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving issues in test setups, hardware, and software
