Responsibilities
Manage the events calendar, including member communications, invitations, and RSVPs
Coordinate with event speakers and support live and virtual event logistics
Assist with content creation from event recordings, coordinating with the team on editing and publishing to the website
Serve as a liaison for ongoing communication with the Executive Advisory Board (EAB) and Chapter Leaders
Create and schedule several Instagram posts per week
Track event attendance and content deliverables
Support basic follow-ups and scheduling
Organize shared content and assets
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of success with prior companies, for example one or more promotions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience in project management
Degree from highly reputable college
