Greet members and guests promptly with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure optimal dining room flow
Communicate clearly with service and management teams regarding table status, special requests, and member preferences
Escort members and guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished host stand and entry area
Anticipate and address member and guest needs with discretion, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
Assist with coordinating special events, banquets, and private functions as needed
Thank members and guests sincerely as they depart, ensuring a lasting positive impression
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Calm, positive demeanor with a strong commitment to member service
Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to support overall dining operations
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining areas as needed
Preferred
Prior experience in a hosting, hospitality, or customer-facing role preferred
