Responsibilities
Run the Pick and Place SMD line efficiently
Load components accurately and follow instructions to ensure quality products
Address quality issues promptly and collaborate with QA and Production Manager for solutions
Maintain machine efficiency by minimizing downtime and improving changeover processes
Work towards meeting production cycle times and collaborate with the production manager for improvements
Adhere to safety norms to ensure a safe working environment
Troubleshoot basic machine errors with support from training
Qualification
Required
Need direct experience running the SMT line
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), preferably with SMD lines
Willingness to learn and work in various production areas including testing, assembly, and packing
Proficient in English for understanding work instructions
Dedicated, result-oriented, and a team player
