Present a solid background in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and other shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and internal investigations
Have 5-7 years of significant litigation experience, including superior writing skills and significant motions practice
Practice in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm
Have project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality
Experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and business professionals
Achieve a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of significant litigation experience, including superior writing skills and significant motions practice
