Event Coordinator/Event Concierge (Full-Time) - Hyatt Regency Phoenix
Hyatt Regency Phoenix is a premier hotel located in downtown Phoenix, known for its modern residential design and exceptional service. The Event Coordinator/Concierge will provide administrative support to Event Managers, work closely with clients on event planning, and coordinate with internal operations to ensure successful event execution.

Providing administrative support to and working closely with the Event Managers
Working directly with clients and planning and detailing of events
Coordinating with internal operations in preparations for groups
Acting as the liaison between the Events Department and the on-site contact both in the pre-planning and event stage
Qualification
Required
Enthusiasm for great customer service
Refined verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to go above and beyond
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
This position requires time on the floor with clients and office support
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must
Preferred
Hotel experience or hotel education preferred
