Responsibilities
Develop and lead the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives
Own a specific category within the One Procurement Organization to deliver results
Own and define the digital strategy, including Coupa CSO e-Sourcing Platform, AI and data analytics. Provide technical expertise to the One Procurement team
Use analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, optimize procurement performance, and uncover savings critical to the business
Partner with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and adoption of e-Sourcing best practices
Continuously improve procurement processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Deliver strategic training on eAuction theory and 'go-to-market' best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
5+ years in procurement, ideally within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Coupa or similar RFx sourcing software (Oracle a plus)
Excellent Sourcing skills with a proven track record
Adaptable, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Preferred
Master's or certifications like CSCP/CPSM
