Responsibilities
Configure and maintain application servers and processes, ensuring high performance, availability, and security
Monitor system health and performance
Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues end-to-end in real time
Automate routine processes, track issues, and document system changes
Support digital transformation initiatives and modernization using new technologies
Work within complex microservices architectures backed by large databases
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and SOX audit requirements
Monitor security vulnerability reports and track fixes
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience with microservices-based applications using Spring Boot in a Kubernetes environment
6+ years of cloud and database experience (Oracle Cloud is a strong plus)
3+ years managing Kubernetes clusters, Docker, and containerization technologies
3+ years working in cloud environments (Oracle Cloud preferred)
Experience working in Agile and CI/CD-driven development environments
3+ years of experience with Tomcat
3+ years of Linux/Unix experience
3+ years of experience with DevOps tools (Git/Stash, Fortify, Jenkins, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, including SQL tuning and query optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of overall application development and technology experience
Preferred
Working knowledge of Kafka and IBM MQ
Working knowledge of JSON and Apache Camel
Working knowledge of Apigee
