Responsibilities
Review marketing material specifications and serve as the liaison with centralized marketing analysis and research groups for the completion and submission of financial marketing and client-specific property data
Organize the preparation and production of customized property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Coordinate complex on/offsite meetings and conferences
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations
Update and maintain various information databases
Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably in commercial real estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail
Analytic skills
A positive attitude
Preferred
Experience with InDesign is highly preferred
Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred
High School Diploma
