Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environments
Perform system migrations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements within the ArcGIS platform
Monitor system performance, availability, and security; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Support ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store, and related components
Collaborate with technical teams to implement platform improvements and new initiatives
Manage integrations with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure
Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices
Provide operational support during planned and unplanned maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in system administration or related IT roles
Strong familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS Systems Administration
Proven experience as an Administrator for ArcGIS Enterprise
Hands-on experience with system migrations and upgrades
Experience supporting environments hosted in Microsoft Azure
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise GIS environments in large or complex organizations
Knowledge of cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery practices
Experience working in project-based or enhancement-driven environments
