Responsibilities
Define and execute strategy for group installations, aligning enterprise growth objectives and market needs. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee end-to-end implementation workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Reduce errors and turnaround time through process redesign and automation
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences
Forecast resource needs during peak seasons, implement contingency plans, and manage escalations to maintain service levels
Ensure timely delivery of client-facing materials and maintain high standards for first impressions and ongoing support
Lead a large team of people leaders and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Ensure succession planning and capability building
Qualification
Required
Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience
Requires expertise in large-scale group installations across multiple health insurance product types (ASO, Shared Advantage, Fully Insured, Medicare, Dental & Vision), systems integration, and process automation
Requires experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce is essential, along with a proven track record of designing and executing complex onboarding workflows
Strong knowledge of compliance, influence and cross-functional coordination is critical
Expertise in process optimization, change management, and stakeholder engagement, along with a proven track record of designing and executing complex onboarding workflows
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Adept at influencing and driving change across matrixed-teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
