Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate all core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Write clear user stories, support requirement discussions, and ensure alignment between business needs and development activities
Coordinate across onsite and offshore teams, managing multiple vendors and ensuring smooth communication and delivery across all squads
Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, including release planning, delivery tracking, and removing impediments to maintain sprint progress
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in design discussions and guide the team toward achieving program goals and milestones
Support PowerApps development work while implementing monitoring alerts, incident response processes, and Agile best practices across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of overall industry experience, including at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology with hands‑on experience leading ceremonies, writing user stories, and managing multiple squads
Experience coordinating onsite/offshore teams and working with Agile tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow while overseeing multi‑vendor delivery environments
