Responsibilities

Keeping a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications
Performing hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections
Conducting detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests)
Supporting new batch releases and ensuring everything is ready to go
Investigating deviations and supporting continuous improvement
Championing quality and supporting a culture of excellence, safety, and 5S

Qualification

Quality control experienceMeasurement techniquesMS Office proficiencyMES systems knowledgeManufacturing processes understandingProactive mindsetVery good EnglishCommunicationPositive attitude

Required

Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related)
2+ years of experience in a similar role within quality control or production
Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems)
Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude
Very good English – written and spoken
